Patrecia Coble

I am Trecia Coble. I grew up as a Navy Brat, living in many areas from Michigan to Italy. After marrying a Navy man, we continued our tours, finally retiring 18 years later in North Carolina, which is his home state. I fell in love with the Triad and plan to stay.

As a Navy Brat and a Navy wife, I have picked up and moved many times. I have been a seller and a buyer in familiar and unfamiliar areas too often to count. I believe this gives me a great insight into the feelings of my clients.

Len Montgomery

Hi, my name is Len. I am a native of the Triad, having grown up in Stokes and Forsyth Counties. I now live in High Point with my wife Angela, our two dogs Fergie and Andy, and our cat Roscoe P. Coltrane.

For some real estate may be a job, but for me it is a passion. I love what I do! I have been in the housing industry for many years in various capacities. My first job out of high school was as a carpenter for a local builder where I built homes all over the Triad for a number of years. In 1998 I began a career in Manufactured/Modular Homes and soon after acquired a franchise in Burlington, NC. I later worked for a national mortgage company as a Loss Mitigation Manager handling foreclosed properties throughout Central North Carolina.

Since coming on board with GMAC Real Estate, I was awarded their GMAC NC Rookie of the Year for 2008, Top 25 Rookie of the Year for GMAC nationally, and received the "Real Estate Online Marketing Award of Excellence." I am a member of the W-S Regional Assoc. of REALTORS Membership Development Committee and have also been appointed to the NC Assoc. of REALTORS Forms Committee for 2009-2010.

Thirty plus years in the corporate environment as an Administrative Assitant to the President of a large local printing company, being Director of a Customer Service Department, and as a Sales Administrator has given me an array of knowledge that I feel can be applied to my present position as the Relocation Director of our young real estate company.

Roscoe P Coltrane

Hi, I am Roscoe P Coltrane, The REALTY Team's mascot. I may appear small, but believe me when I tell you I am no push over! I am a fierce negotiator and I can differentiate between a country mouse and a city mouse like nobody's business.

While other mascots lay around growing weary, I spend my time chasing down great deals for our clients and the mouse on Len's computer screen while he is trying to work. (I know it aggravates him, that is why I do it)
